In this holiday home you will feel immediately at home as you step through the door as it boasts

UPVC double glazing and heating (gas fire, plinth heaters and heated towel rail in the bathroom).

In the lounge there is a large seating area with LCD TV, DVD player and Freeview Box. 

The open-plan modern style Kitchen has been carefully designed with life’s practicalities in mind and contains: - Kettle, Toaster, Microwave, Cooker & Fridge (with ice box) along with other essentials such as pots, pans, glasses, crockery, cutlery and utensils.

 The Dining area is separated from the lounge area and will comfortably seat 6 people at the table.

A highchair is available to attach to one of the dining chairs if required.

The bathroom has a thermostatic controlled shower and there is a separate WC for your convenience.

The 3 bedrooms all have wardrobe, storage space and the main bedroom has a dressing table. One of the twin rooms can be altered to provide space to accommodate a travel cot if required (not included)

Duvets and pillows are provided, but guests are required to bring their own sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases.

Also provided for your use is a Vacuum Cleaner, Hairdryer, Iron and Ironing board.

To the front and side of the caravan is a large veranda with table & chairs, which is perfect for relaxing whilst watching the kids play on the grass / play park in front.
