This is a Willerby Westmorland 36ft long x 12 ft extra wide holiday home.

The Lounge area has an ample seating area with a coffee table, Gas fire and TV. Added extras freeview, CD radio, DVD player plus a selection of DVDs for your enjoyment, Games, books for leisurely reading etc.
Kitchen....very modern with full sized cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, all crockery and a vacuum cleaner provided for your convenience etc. The kitchen is separate to the living area.
Dining area.... a very modern dining area with table and chairs to seat 6 people.
3 bedrooms...1 double,2 twins, beds can be pushed together to make a double bed in both twin rooms. One of the twin bedrooms has the facility to store one bed beneath the other making the bedroom more spacious for a single person or to accommodate a travel cot. Bed linen is provided and the beds are made prior to your arrival.
Shower room...... Fitted with power shower, cubicle and washbasin. Toilet....toilet and washbasin
There is a door leading from the hallway onto the kitchen/dining area that can be closed, reducing noise from the living areas to the bedrooms, so once the children are in bed they have peace and quiet from TV noise/chatting etc.
A smoke & carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are fitted for your safety.
Outside area.....The caravan has a large veranda fitted to one side of the van ( to be extended around the back of the van for the 2010 season) table and chairs so you can eat alfresco. The caravan is sited on the very popular Willow Grove and backs on to a playing field with play equipment for your children's enjoyment, keeping them in close proximity for you to keep an eye on them.
Willow Grove is ideally situated on one of the most desirable developments on the park, and is close to all amenities. The swimming pool, launderette, shop, reception, entertainment bars, theme park and zoo are all within easy reach.
Gas/Electricity, duvet covers and bedding are included in the holiday price.

Guests should provide their own Towels and Tea Towels.
